Seventeen Years in the Making . . .
The March edition of Networking Times has just hit the stands–and with it an announcement for my brand new book, The Zen of MLM: Legacy, Leadership and the Network Marketing Experience.
It will be weeks before the book itself is available, and I’ll be posting lots of information about it here well before then. For now, if you go pick up a copy of the new edition of NT (actual paper copy only, it’s not in the online version), turn to the inside back cover (opposite my editorial), you’ll find a full-page ad showing a repreduction of the book cover. (I’m working on posting a picture of it here.)
The ad also bears a tag line that says, “Hear a free audio excerpt now” and provides this link: www.networkingtimes.com/link/zenofmlm. But wait–before you go there: the free audio file isn’t quite ready yet either! (I’ve recorded it, but it hasn’t quite made it through production and up onto the site.) At the link, you can enter your name and email, and the good people at Networking Times will notify you as soon as the file is ready for listening.
So what is this mysterious file? It’s me reading a sixteen-minute adaptation of the book’s Prologue, titled “What Is This Thing Called Network Marketing, Anyway?” Designed as a credibility piece, it describes how the network marketing profession has grown and evolved over the past twenty years, and why. Quotes from Kiyosaki, Bach and Pilzer et al., fascinating statistics, and lots of compelling reasons why this business has become such a force in so many lives. Can’t wait to hear the finished product! I’ll let you know the moment it’s up and ready.
