Michael Dodds' sister and I (his mother) went to class with him to hear Dr. Mann teaching on St. Matthew's Passion. It was like hearing a rich devotional, rather than just a class. We met Dr. Mann on many more occasions while Michael was his student. He was wonderfully kind to Michael, even including little Kathryn Frances in those weekly lunches at times. He was a wonderful mentor to Michael, a true gentleman, and a kind and loving person. We all feel blessed and proud that he was Michael's mentor.</p> I remember the first time I met Dr. Mann.
